have a rough day :((

I know I complain a LOT about mental fog but this is seriously getting to me. 30 days and still having this is depressing super bad. I am trying to write a paper for my writing class and cannot remember what I want to write without having to re read my paper 4 x's or more :(( I dont want to go back to pills by any means but I sure hate feeling this way every day!!! I am getting very snappy with my family too. this is the worst recovery I have ever been tbrough, I want my life back!

It doesn't really talk about meds.  It is an alternative to meds but it is a way of life.  It is cognitive and it is a way to retrain your mind.

Yeah I will read them, I have depression and post tramaic disorder. I should be on an anti depressant but I pay for all my meds and doctors apt out of pocket so I stopped taking them cause their so expensive. Going to see if my pharmacy will work with me. We have a lot going on here too so its adding to all this.

I don't know if you can get anything out of it but if you would like to do a lot of reading go to the depression forum and read my theories on fighting depression.  There are 3 of them.  You can also read the one about patience and fighting fear and stress.  They have been very helpful for the people on here who struggle with depression and bipolar.
