Oh Boy! I came off a long ride on Methadone at a very high does..Got down to 30 mgs and jumped off. Please Do Not do this..Talk to the Dr for sure. Be very Honest with them..They will work with you. I have read on here other women who were PG. I think the Drs keeps you on something during the pregnancy. They are really concerned for the baby. The dones have long legs and it does take a while to detox out. I do wish you the Best and Yes get to the Dr ASAP.

Hi and welcome! You definitely need to speak with your doctor about this. I am sure that they will not want you to stop taking the methadone abruptly. If you have withdrawl symptoms, so will baby. They may keep you at your regular dose, or do a very slow taper to minimize withdrawl symptoms. Please talk to them and take care of you and your baby. Congratulations on your bundle of joy!
