Im going through opiate withdrawals... ive found nyquil (normal 30ml dose cup) helps the most for sleep... but the hangover effect it has the next morning isnt as nice... there are things like benedryl that will help too.

sleep is usually that last thing to return. your brain chemistry needs to begin to reproduce again. exercise helps with getting the brain chemistry regulated.
