help with Oxycontin detox

My husband is currently on day 20 of not taking Oxys anymore. He went through all the aches, vomiting everything like usual.. he has taken them for about a year and a half after he quit for a year before that. He took about 80 or so mg a day. He still hurts really bad as far as muscles and being able to work his normal hours at work. Is thid normal? We have no idea on anything and would really appreciate any advice.... Thanks...

Have you looked up the vitamins on the Thomas Recipe. I believe it's on the main page at the bottom. Also is he staying hydrated. Dehydration can make all the WD worse. He needs electrolytes. Go get him vitamin or coconut water or Gatorade. I drank a ton of it and I know it helped. Hope he's feeling better soon!

Yes its the continued effects of a strong pain killer. Sounds like he is doing pretty good the withdrawals will continue to get better if he stays clean.    Hang in there.  Were there's a will there is away.
