The Thomas Recipe is an excellent preperation - - you just cannot know enough about your enemy here - - also check out the Amino acid Protocols as listed in MedHelps Health Pages.....Plenty of good information is available and it will help you with suggestions for easing some of the symptoms - Hot showers are great for restless legs (also commercial preperation Hylands Restful Legs / walmart)and cramping and such/ Keep some immodium and some emetrol on hand - also heat pad/electric blanket for legs and abdominal distress.......... There are many tricks available - none will take all the discomfort away - Just do not ever stop quiting!! And best of luck to you - there are a bunch of people here that will attempt to help you as much as is possible.
