Got blindsided by day 6!

Was crusing right along..thinking I had this addiction kicked...then WHAM!!  I was guessing I was on the downhill side of this detox thing..guess not.  Today was almost unbearable with anxiety, sweats and confusion.  I had not experienced any of this until today.  Does this sound normal?

Yes. I particularly remember day 6. It sucked. And day 7 did too. Things started looking up again for me not long after that though, and they should for you too.

Your  doing great and it sounds like your right where ya should be ,expect to foggy and sad on and off for a few days, thats exactly how it was for me.Just realize this is part of the gig and will pass, our bodys and brains our in shock.I just looked at it as round 2 and my brains way of begging for those pills. So hang in your doing great, even though you might not agree right now.I also found that eating a little when it was real bad helped also kept taking advil and baths.Walking also seems to help ,I am proud of you  43 days no vics

I remember on day 10 , I felt like I was on day 3 again.  There are ups and downs for the first couple weeks. I bet you will feel really good tomorrow.  Unless of course you are actually coming down with something.  Hang in there.  It does get better.
