holiday/tramadol

I was taking 15-18 50mg a say for many months. Last Monday I cut to 10/day. I caught pinkeye while out-of-town for Thanksgiving. Was supposed to memory.

This morning at 1 a.m. I went to the ER for my eye. Sine then I"ve been taking 1 pill every four hours. So far things have been good.

Thanks...I just read my first msg and thought I should say I was falling asleep while trying to write. I should correct that to say I changed that dosing to be 1 tab every 4-6 hours while awake. Today I am going to change that to 1 tab every 6- 8 hours.

The w/d symptoms moderated a great deal yesterday. I've been praying that I could shake this thing without a huge fight over the physical issues and I think I MAY be okay re that.

However I have to replace the tramadol with something positive - preferably something mental. Whether that be immersing myself in the 12 steps or not I don't know. Right now I am going back to sleep! A whole day sans work and family!
