how do I sleep????????

3 days ago i took my last taper down from tramado , but since then my nerves won't let me sleep, i toss and turn, shake my leg nothing works not even downers help.........

Any suggestions?...Please help

melatonin works so does valerian and chamomile passion flower GABA (Gamma-aminobutyric acid) is said to work like anit anxiety meds. gettin excersise through out the day helps too

For sleeping have you ever tried melatonin? It helped me and its a natural herb vitamin. For the energy I take b12 and l tyrosine. I hope this helps you. Your doing great so don't give up. I am on day 11 now. You can do this.
