Hi iv got one more day on bupnphn tab I feel rotton I'm achen alover blowin hot cold worst of all skins crawling I can't get hardly ane sleep its drivin me crazy iv got five month bby girl on my own wiv no family around me findn it really hard at moe I'm worried that next week I'll still be ill wiv no tablets or sleepers iv bn havin acupuncture not sure whetha its working now I relise wat a stupid mistake iv made getin involved wiv devil drug heroin it as wreckd my life wen say methdone good for u to *** off heroin wat a load crap that's worser I can't wait to feel nornmal again after four long years on meth ane advice peeps be we'll apreciated xx
The tamazi r for sleepin but they not workin they gave um to me help me get head down so we'll enuf to look after my girl I canbt go back on drugs I'd loose everything n everyone I'm 27 I moved away fromn my hometown to get away from drugs n dickheads n to be wiv bby dad fresh start I fell pregnant afta month bein wiv him was shock I ad eptopic two half year ago ad f tube out n wiv drugs stopn my periods it was mirical I think was meant to be afta she was born four weeks her dad gone workin away over otha side world so I only see him once month my family don't see they got own lifes was neva ther for me wen I need um most. So I'm proper lonely it don't help wiv wat I'm goin threw n sumtimes I just need cuddle n bit encouragement!iv wantd to be clean bfor my gal was born but was too risky I want pain to end nitenair to be put in past just feels like its neva gonna end iv ad three hours kip that's it feel sick as dog I know tgis mite sound sad I need my mum thankx for advice n chat does help xx

I can't tell you when it will stop, everyone is different. But taking a drug to sleep, or one to be awake or whatever it is, is not helping you hun. It is all about getting off of drugs altogether, right? That is not going to be easy and you will have to want this. Yeah, it will be hard but in the end it is wroth it.
Tell me, what are your choices? Go back on the drugs? You know that is not a choice. You have a little baby there that needs her mom.
Come on, you CAN get through this. A few days and you will have your life back.
If you don't mind me asking, how old are you? Are you living alone, meaning you and your daughter? Is there any family near you?

Yes hun, I am clean today. I know it is hard to do but it is so worth it for you and for your baby girl.
Try and make yourself as comfortable as you can. Taking hot baths or showers really does help with the body aches and it just makes you feel good. Get into a pair of sweat pants and a comfy shirt and curl up in the chair for a while. Try watching a movie or reading a book. It will help to relax you and take your mind off of what is going on. Make sure to keep yourself hydrated--drink plenty of fluids and eat something, even if it is just soup. You don't want to run your resistance down. If you are having tummy issues, you can take Imodium to help with that. There are natural vitamins/supplements that may also help. Go to the bottom right of this page and look at The Thomas Recipe and The Amino Acid Protocol. I am not big on taking those things but other members can recommend what worked for them.

Yeah got one more tablet that's it iv been taken paracetmol n iburfen n 10mg tamazipan at nite doc won't give me owt to relax me cus got bby which is typical its blowing hot cold n swets skin crawling body achen xtra hard doin it alone wiv no one to talk to or to help me wiv my bbygirl can't wait for this to be over wiv so u think I'll stil be ill as nxt week me drug worker says methdone we'll outa my system which I find hard to believe ave u dtoxd n clean now?!
So you are finishing your taper and are you feeling withdrawal symptoms? If that is the case, let us know what you are feeling and we can recommend some things to make you a bit more comfortable. There is no way to avoid withdrawal, no matter what you use so you may have to be uncomfortable for a few days but it doesn't last and after it is over you will be free.

They startd me on suboxone for two weeksfor start dtox then they put me on bupernorphine bn reducen off them past two weeks tried cold turkey without note strait off methdone but cudnt handle it so they put me on this dtox. I thought at end dtox I wudnt feel so **** ave u dtoxd
