That sounds like a good plan scared, Some ppl do c/t and some tapper like your talking about...I went c/t but then i have seizures not because of the pills i've had them for yrs, anyway's i ended up tappering...taking a week off should be fine the worst is the first thru the 5th i beliave, but everyones diffrent...and when yu do go off them it really helps to post alot and talk to us, it really helps.

Can anyone give me steps to take, I understand that I need to make a plan..  How long should I plan on having wd?  If I take a week off from work, should I be able to return?  I am going to cut down 1 pill every 3 days, then take 1 aday for a week? then take the week off for the first week on nothing???  How does that sound??

I have to go, anything that you can tell me to help me get started is great.  I will check again later or tomorrow... I thought that just for pills aday like the dr says is okay...NOT.  
It makes me wonder how many other people have the same problem and just keep taking the pills...
