how much to show up on a drug test?

I am prescribed percocet for sciatica. I don't need to take them everyday sometimes i only need them 1-2 days a week. My doc did a urine screening and it came back negative for teh opiates so he asked me if i was giving the pills to someone, I'm not but I have a bunch here at home b/c i see him once every 2 weeks or so and he gives me a Rx for another 30. I could have sworn i took one or two the day before the screening...i know the minimum is 2000 ng/ml but how many pills does that exactly mean?

wait i am confused?  why did he give u another script??  Then he must of beleived you?

if he would not of i would of went home and brought the pills back and showed him, with your new script in hand...If u want a good relationship with your doctor, then that is what i would do...and great if you dont take them everyday, PLEASE don't if u don't need...

I don't think the amount matters. If you have only taken one pill, it will show up in your test for 72 hours after.

I am not sure ,I do know it only stays in your system for 72 hours . I hope that helps.
