how would i get methadone
i been looking up ways to help my sleeping. if youve read my other posts you know i have some pretty horrible insomnia and im pretty deep into oxy abuse. ive heard about methadone even seen it on friends. im wondering sinse i dont have a doctor or medical insurance how would i go about getting it. from what i know about it its pretty good at helping you avoid withdrawls.
is methadone a smart way to quit? is it safer then taken lots of oxies all day? (probally is but its important to ask) as i said i got no med insurance or doctor im from a pretty poor trailer trash family so how would i go about getting it cheap or free if thats possible. ive heard methadone is also addictive though but if its safer and cheaper then oxy im willing to try and see if this will help me.
does it get you high? because as much as i like being high, being high has ruined everything about me so i need to not get high anymore im gonna quit smoking weed too but only after my opiate addiction is under control. weed hardly does any damage do your lungs and its been recently proved it doesnt cause brain cells to die and even when brain cells do die they grow back eventually they just forget the memories they were holding. so weed im not worried about hurting me i just know that its ****** my life up alot too because it made me wanna try all sorts of other drugs to begin with.
and speaking of which ill probally be smoking it for a while until my super horible insomnia problems subside. but i have to smoke so much weed to sleep. i usually need like 240 mg oxy with a gram to fall asleep. probally will take me like 5+ grams to fall asleep without oxy and i couldnt afford that for long.
so if anybody has any idea on cheap meds i could use to help with quiting oxy that could maybe help with my sleep issues too let me know. cuz currently its like when i go through withdrawls its like a waste of times cuz i have to use again to sleep later. that what happend to me last night i couldnt handle that ****.

If you think coming off 240mg of oxy is bad, you havent seen anything until you start messing with methadone!!!
Its some vile vile stuff, and while it has saved a few lives, it has also taken many. Both directly and indirectly.
Methadone wd's take ages to get over... follow the others advice here, and avoid methadone at all costs. Only use it as an absolute last resort!
Gnarly as well as many others speak of their first hand experiences on methadone, and many are not positive experiences. I myself spent 7 years on methadone, and it was no picnic I assure you.
There is no quick fix for this, and unfortunatelly it just takes some degree of pain and a lot of patience to get over.
Is there any chance you have enough meds and someone to help you with a steady taper?

methadone is just digger you into a far deeper whole how much oxy are you taking dalily ?
i havnt been paying for them. i cabnit raid and i aint proud of that either. im gonna be outta pills probally by sunday for good so next week will be hell.
Hey, you said that you cant afford methadone or anything but how in the world did you afford 200 plus mg of oxyconton? That is like 400 dollars a day where I come from. Anyways I am not judging anyone or stirring anything up. My advice to you is to ween off your oxys and put the herb down asap. I have known so many people that have got off of cocaine, or meth, or heroin and they all have one thing in common... they allll smoke weed still. It is just transferring one drug to the other.. If you are gonna do it then go big, get real clean and get that haze out of your brain. Also this is the wrong site to post your marijuana knowledge and how great and good it is. It is so funny how every stoner has to allwwwaayyys explain the weed thing etc.. God Bless You bro, taper off, its all in your mind. change your environment. change your life. you can do it.
I was on methadone for 5 years and have been off for 29 days today . Methadone withdrawl is a hell that I would not wish on anyone . And gnarly 1 posts and input is like gospel to me . Though I have one thing you should consider . I was addicted to pills prior to going on methadone I would go to las vegas every year to sell christmas trees and inevitably run out of oxys , morphine or watever I could stockpile . I would go into withdrawls and be pretty much over them when I got home . This happened on 2 occasions and I went right back to using . My stint on methadone really made me hate being tethered to something . Also without getting high from taking it your thought process slowly changes from this is great to F@#$ this is expensive . I hate methadone but I needed methadone to get sober . Just a thought..
HI ....I was on methadone for 6 1/2yrs and after being down that road and living it I could never recommend it to anyone...it took me 8 1/2 mo of grueling taper going in and out of withdrawals along the way the last 6 weeks you sorta are in a constant state of withdrawal ..you think you got sleep problems now for oxy....wait till you try and kick methadone I dident get a good night sleep for litterly months that and the post withdrawal period is not much better then the withdrawal itself I was sick for the first month and then slowly started to get better it wasn't till around 90 days that things started to look better...do yourself a huge favor and leave methadone alone...if you have to taper off the oxy it will still be ezer then getting off the methadone....I wish you all the luck on the world it is hard getting off narcotics any way you do it but if sleep is all your worried about ....it will come back with time and the oxy withdrawal will be a lot ezer in the end .......Gnarly
Hi. Methadone will only get rid of your w/d from oxy..BUT..now you will have an addiction to the m/done that is a real treat to get off that takes considerable amount of time and real effort. It took me 6 months to get off the methadone.
We cannot recomend any drugs here,that is for a doctor or clinic to do.If you go to a meth clinic ..ASK LOTS OF QUESTIONS!! (how often do you see the doctor,how often to **** in bottle while your on camera,how long to get take home doses?)
