Lortab withdrawals

What is the best way to stop taking Lortab?  I have become very addicted and no matter how much I want to come off I cannot.  I always find myself on the same Rollacoster day after day.  I take any where from 10 to 15 a day.  I do not know what to do!!!!!!!!!!!!

A very important part is saying "I can"   If u convince urself that u can not..then u will not....positve thinking is important...u have made the first step/which is very crucial by admitting u have a problem...keep posting

Some people choose to wean off of them gradually. As I just posted to quince, I don't have the willpower for that. I have gone cold turkey twice and seems like the best for me but everyone is different. You will feel crappy for 4-5 days or so - like a bad flu. If you can take time off work, I would - call in sick with the flu (not really lying since that's how you'll feel).

Post here, ask lots of questions and you'll get lots of support. Good luck.
