I have been o 7.5 5-6 a day for 9 years.I have gone 45 hours cold turkey,working both days.This is not fun.How long do the withdrawells last?

Thanks momofmm &RickATL It's my third day,it:s morning and I don't feel so bad right now just can't stop thinking about them.But it seems to get worse as the day goes on.Nine years of this it's like turning your back on a friend I miss them.Also I hurt and I'm used to having minimum painBut I'm determined ( I think)

Usually after 72 hours it gets better. Just depends on person. I say by Monday u start noticing huge difference, but better every day until Monday

You should be through the physical part by your 4th to 5th day.  But it does depend on the person.  My first time going CT I started to feel better by my 5th day.  This time I felt better by my 3rd day so it all depends.  Having to go to work is probably helping.  I know it doesn't sound like it but you're keeping yourself busy.  Sitting around all day makes it far worse in my opinion.  Hang in there.  You can do it.
