I'm going way out here with this theory but I think it's something to consider. Generally I probably got half that amount a day, if that. So my theory is my increase was just enough to add to an already unbearable anxiety.
sssstttttttrrrrrrreetttccchhh...I really think this is part of the detox, mate. Don't over-think this (as I mentioned on your other thread.) Have patience with the process, etc. (All the other things apply here that I posted before.) Btw, Coconut water is AWESOME for you.
If it does cause anxiety that kind of creates a catch 22. Need the potassium to help the RLS, it will make you more anxious! That kinda *****!

I maybe just stretching for answers but the reason I checked was after chugging a coconut water and eating a banana I felt more anxious. At first I didn't think anything until I was tossing and turning and had this random thoughts about too much potassium. Also found that ibuprofen can increase potassium levels. Idk just thought it was all interesting
I don't know about the anxiety thing. I guess it's possible. I know that potassium surplus and deficiency can cause heart arrhythmias. I ate a ton of bannanas and it seemed to help with the restless leg stuff. I was so anxious the first week or so that I'm not sure anything could have made it worse lol!
