how long will it take to get back to sleeping normal?
Many people use it for sleep to get off of opiates. Don't feel guilty, just be careful with it. Use it and get some well deserved sleep. If I had some I would take it.
I have a script for ativan that I got a few months back due to severe anxiety with the relationship I was in...didnt really take them because I read horror stories about the withdrawals....now in my withdrawal from opiates...day three now...I cant f***** sit still....cant sleep...becoming unbareable..I just took 1 mg of ativan and now feel guilty...I want to be free of ALL drugs and dont need another habit to kick (smoking is next)...anyone have experience with this???
