made it to day 5

well i have made it to day 5, things seem to be getting a littl better still cant eat much, been sleeping alot , which i guess is good...take many hot baths a day to help with body aches.. thanks for all the support, i know i am still climbibg up a steep hill but i am going to the top and win this battle

Good for you, those are the hardest days.  Do take vitamins and if you are lucky  enough to sleep, do so.  I had insomnia really bad and still do even after 21 days...

Hang in there.  Everyone is here for you.!!!!

Great day 6 almost here im on day 6 i miscounted yesterday it was 5 im glad to here blueman feels twice as good on day 7 i will be there in morning

day 5...congrats remeber day 10 then day 15 will be here before you know it. Stay strong and keep updating everday because everyday is a new milestone of being clean. Im on day 7 and feel twice as good as i did just yesterday so everyday it hopefully will get better.

good for you...are you taking vitamins?? you will find that the more good stuff you put in now the better you will feel...i do a multi, b6 and b 12 and a lot of green tea...try to eat fruit..i got addicted to grapefruit. lol...you are over the hump in my opinion....i was a sleeper too,we are lucky ,some people cant sleep at all....you can do this...i was one of those that thougt i had to do them...just a mind trick you know??  ask me anyhting if you want...ill be on later im leaving work now k?
