major setback, but proud!

have a horrible toothache today. been going on since 1am and have yet to go to sleep.

went through the condo to find anbesol somewhere and instead, came across 20 vicodin ES 7.5/750mg.

flushed them down the toilet, immediately.

like a boss.

GOOD FOR YOU!!!  And good point, addicted2long, the whole "impulse control" thing does return.  Funny how this all works huh?  Gifts like that pop up in all kinds of places we never expected.

And it's those actions that carry you through another day/week/month/year, whatever.  But they are HUGE and only further your resolve that you are DONE with that life and are living a new one.  SO happy for you!  :) (good luck with that tooth!)

Like a boss! Nice job! Lol the pills will go through the system and come back a week later in your drinking water! Jk..but seriously have you ever seen the studies of city water and all the stuff they find in it! Its crazy there was high levels of prozac and other painkillers in major cities. Scary to think but its in such minute doses it doesnt do any harm. Neways back to you. Ur doing awsome and today was huge. U have proven that you mean business and your not going back. Thats very hard for some people are most would have popped those babies and then felt terrible.. Ur not impulsive and your THINKING, something you prob hadnt been doing until you quit am i right?
