Thirty Days &.......

Counting. Wow, it's hard to believe that thirty days ago i took my last pill. That is amazing and awesome!!!!! Not at all an easy thirty days, but worth every minute. I know the road that lies ahead is going to be a challenge, however i will hold on to my sobriety with both hands and gaurd it with everything that i am. I have wanted to reclaim my life fr many many years, now that i am on my way, i never again want to look back! To anyone that is considering, pls know, that although certainly not easy to do. However~ if i can do this anyone can. If you want it bad enough.....nothing can or will stop you!!!! All the best.

Your post actually made me join this site! I was inspired by you... thank you jusmejen. I'm 22 days without a pill... went cold turkey after 3 years. It has been difficult. But each day I feel more like myself. It's sad that those years are gone, but I look forward to the future!
