Expect to be uncomfortable for a while longer... withdrawal is temporary, only those first few days it won't feel like that. But the symptoms do get easier to handle as you move forward.

1.over the counter sleep aid that is the same stuff as benedryl, it is also in tylenolPM. nyquil also makes a sleep aid.
2.definently use the vitamin & suppliment isle product called "Melatonin"
3.get another suppliment for restless legs, brand names depend on what store, but should be near the meletonin, GOOGLE restless legs supliments
4. alternate peptobismol with imodiumAD, eat a bannana
5. drink, drink, drink
6. google up a website like [url]http://www.1channel.ch/watch-9594-The-Big-Bang-Theory[url/] find reruns of sitcoms you have already seen.
7. take a towel to bed with you, i had to, and extra pillows to change
8, halls sugar free menthalated cough drops to keep your mouth from getting dry

One day, one hour, one minute and even one second at a time. This feels awful, I know. But it will get better if you hang in there.. take a hot shower, go for a walk, read or watch some mindless TV. ANYTHING actually to take your mind off of all of this. But honestly, I couldn't get out of bed for days and it was miserable. But it passed. And it will for you too - you just have to believe in that AND more importantly, believe in yourself.
What are you doing for aftercare? Do you have a support system in place?
I haven't even told anyone I am addicted. I have my pill dealer and that's it. And I have got to be done. Tired of living my life in a lie.
