Thanks for all the advice..
Santana, sorry to hear about your pain. All I can tell you is that when I het about day 30 or so (before I relapsed for a bit) my pain started to get much, much better. It was clear there was some rebound pain, and that the pills has actually been not helping. My back, which is fairly messed up after jumping off fire trucks for years, is SO much better. No perfect, still have pain at night especially. But it will get better. Hang in there.

Santana I'm sorry to hear about your back pain. I had the same problem when I was detoxing. What you are experiencing is rebound pain. The pain is mostly because your body and brain need the drug and when pain signals are sent that is when you would normally take a pill. These pains are amplified due to your addictive brain taking over and sending out false signals. The good news is with time the false signals will fade.
What I did for my back pain was alternate Ice & Heat, so I would use the Ice for 25-30 mins and then heat for about the same time then nothing for about an hour to 1-1/2 hour. If you can get into a whirlpool, jacuzzi, hot tub etc; that will work. If you can't find any of the things like jacuzzi then a hot bath with Epsom salt will work. I hope you feel better soon and I am praying for you God Bless---Rick
Hey, a hot bath, heating pad and 800 mg of ibuprofen settled mine a little bit during WDs. Also, might want to try something like Aspercreme or Icy Hot. I have major back issues outside of what I had during WDs, and I always resort to the ibuprofen and heating pad. It's the only thing that makes it tolerable that I'm willing to take or do at home! : )
Try heat pads, antiflammatories meds. Oh johnathon wart herbs, natural sedative
I get that too. Try a hot bath with epsom salt or even a hot shower helped me. A heating pad will also help. It will get better for you, hang in there.
