My brother took one lorcet 10 /650 mlgms he also took one soma, one two mlgm xanax benedryl, along with his mental meds for scizofrenia. he had been doing that for years with no problems, but he went to bed, and never woke up. they said he had a massive heart attack. Can the pills he took, have caused that?

I am so sorry for your lose. Certainly a combination of drugs, especially the ones he ingested, could cause his death but you will need to wait for the autopsy report to know for certain. I know this will bring you closure and that is important in this case. I hope that you find peace with this, no matter what the out come. I will say a prayer for you.

Hey hun. Im sorry your brother had passed away. Im not a dr. but I was a long time drug user/pill head&been on alot of meds due to mental issues,,about two ye&rs ago I was in a simalar situation,i o.d & died,was lucky enough to beput on lifee support.   The xanax bars mixd with any other meds 'specially be/adryl can cause respritory problems,and u said hes been doin it for sumtimr now,i believe that it finally took a toll and he passed in his sleep. If it was a dr. prescribing all the meds u need to file a lawsuit hun.,let me kno how things go.   Annie.
