my meds and my body

I have been taking narco 10/325 1-2 times a day and klonopin 1 mg per day for 2 years. I ussually take 1 narco ( 10 mg) a day and half a klonopin at night, taking less than 500mg of tylenol daily. I get blood work done 2 x a year and my doc says everything is safe but sometimes I feel like my lower back hurts and I wonder if it's my kidneys. my blood tests in the past have said they're ok but is this ok long term. I also take nexium and carafate because NAISD's messed up my stomach. just wanting some insight or advice from someone with experience.

u r at a low dose of narcotics..altho nuttin taken everyday is a good thing?  but extremely low//and if kidneys or liver were involved it is most likely the hydros would be the culprit..at ur doses of those 2 meds//as far as addiction goes//the benzo/klonopin/would be the more dangerous of the 2...1 mg of klonopin each night for long periods will be a b1tch to get off of....u will have a bit of insomnia for sure...if it were me//and i wanted to worry//or need to worry//and i had those 2 to worry about//i wouold worry bout the dose of the benzo u r taking if u do it every single night for long term.lu can quit the hydro ct..the benzo u can not

you are on a very, very, very low dose.  I wouldnt worry.

  I took lortabs for 5 yrs. and I am okay.  Since your checkups are comming back normal, I would'nt worry about it at all.  Your lower back could just be muscle tension or not enough fluid intake sometimes will cause that too.  You take such a small amt. of pain meds that I wouldn't worry.
