natural anti anxiety meds to help with wd

is there a natural anti anxiety meds? The worst part of my tram wd is the anxiety. It feels like my heart is going to jump out of my chest. please advise

yes...good safe sleep med..helps sinus stuff too as it is an antihitamine...1/4 of a 25 mg pill in the daytime can help anxiety without putting u to sleep...25 mg will knock most out for the night

phenergan is great....hafta get IV of it before any CT scan (can't keep the barium down without it)....but the next 12-16 hours after the scan..........best sleep ever!!!

try l-theanine and 5 htp i am getting past w/d from xanax and they have worked like a miracle for me,also prayer

valerian root can be taken during the day,,,kava kava..theanine is also a good one...real chinese green tea...phenergan is a safe rx med that helps with sleep and anxiety....buspar in an rx med that can help many...since u quit trams, have u tried 5htp?
