need a bit of help

Hi guys. Today makes more 5 days off the trams but 16 days off norco. I'm getting hit, almost all day with utter exhaustion and aching

legs. I'm getting 9 hrs in at work but gosh I don't know how long I can stand it. Anybody have any answers. Oh and I'm taking vitamins and restful legs by highlands.???Thank you.

Would never had done the tramadol but I don't know how much worse it is or isn't.  Ive heard that tramadol is worse than just cold turkey norco but I'm an addict just gonna not use today. Thank you for the support.

So did you use the tramadol to help you w/d from the norco? How did that work out? Was it better compared to just CT or just weaning?

I think it's totally normal. I'm a little over a week off vicodin and exhausted all the time. The anxiety ran out a couple days ago and since then I've just been blah.I think it's just gonna take time for us to heal our bodies.

I don't blame you getting slammed with utter exhaustion. 9 hrs of work while going thru tram WD at the same time? I wish you could get some time off to take care of yourself. U need to baby yourself at home. Get some real rest. Hit the steaming hot bath tub w/Epsome. Have the time to dose off when your body wants to dose off. You really need some rest Blue. Congrats on your 5 days! You're amazing!

Have you been drinking plenty of fluids? How are you sleeping? Other than that it sounds like you are doing some good stuff. Your body is still healing itself and it may take a little while to get to where you want to be. Just hang in there. Congratulations on the 16 and 5 days! That's awesome!
