need advice please

I'm a. 28 yr old stay at home mom with 3 kids. My husbands in the military so very busy. I've just gotten over 2 back surgeries and a spinal absest in the last 3 months. I'm on a 75mcg fetynal pat h and about 5-6 perc 10s a day.I've been addicted for 1 1/2. I can't do it any more. My everyday revolves around meds. Somedays if it wasn't for my kids I wish I wouldn't even wake up cause I'm so tired of this evil life consuming medication.  I've gone without for south a day before thought I was gonna die. The hardest part for me is the rls and insomnia.  I told my mom all about it she coming to be w me in a few weeks for a month to help me through this. I've been researching came across the Thomas recipe and suboxone. I was wondering if when I start my withdrawal if I use I tiny bit of suboxone for a few days and the Thomas recipe if that would help. I'm so scared I have so much anxiety everyday I just want this over with. I want my life back my family doesn't deserve this.

Sorry I didn't reply sooner cause I def feel your pain. I'm only 28 and also went through two major back surgeries and now have 3 vertebrae fused 8 screws a cage where they removed a disk and two foot long metal rods In my back and pretty much know exactly what you are dealing with. I did use suboxone to get clean but I strongly suggest trying to either taper if u can control it or go cold turkey before going to suboxone because suboxone no doubt saved my life but it can also turn into a whole new addiction when not done correctly. But whatever way you choose to go if ya don't mind keep us posted and I will help ya thru this anyway I can. The biggest thing for me tho was the fact that the pain continued to get worse and this happens because the longer we are on pain meds the more our mind and body get addicted and depend on the narcotic and when this happens our brain physically makes us hurt worse to get the drug. Now that I am clean I can honestly tell u my pain level is so far less than it ever was on pain meds and some ibprofen usually does the trick and if not it and a heat pad do NO NARCOTICS. I'm not saying it didn't take a lot of hard work and still does I did some grueling physical therapy and to this day still get steroid and cortisone shots every few months but I promise you anything was better than the way things were cause the pain wasnt under control and I wasn't far from killing myself because I was taking enough opana and or oxy to kill 3-4 elephants every single day. Keep your head up and be strong it will get better It just takes some hard work and a positive attitude. Well feel free to send me a message if ya got any questions or just wanna talk and I will gladly help ya anyway I can.

Good Luck and Godspeed
