Well I've been on for 4 years and today is my second day of recovery. I've been taking Imodium for my stomach , ibuprofen because its a NSAID and I'm in my monthly so ibuprofen who's both and I've been taking flu medicine because I am really sick with a cold ontop of everything else. So I have a triple whammy going on. I take Tylenol with my ibuprofen. Also take vitamins, potassium helps and l tyrosine for energy. I've been lying around like a sloth these two days, I haven't had no l tyrosine yet. Good luck!!!!
