Don't make the call, just take it one minute at a time look forward to lunch the quiting hour, then home. It is not unusual to feel out of sorts for any-body  as far as co-workers are concerned, this day will pass and you will feel good about not making the call, your at work I"m happy and proud of you, another step back to you, yeah Limbo
