Yes Clonidine does help some. Also check out the Thomas Recipe for vitamins and supplements that will help too. And Larrys Recipe too.

But don't take the xanax etc as that will just cause more problems.

Ok I will so I'm going down by 2s every 3 days now. I truly just don't want to drive in the snow to get my methadone and I heard that clonidine helps. But thanks

However you may want to taper down each week till you get to 1mg thst will make your wd's so much easier.
