opiate withdrawal

hi i have been working on my opiate withdrawal since last two weeks. i am tapering down my doses.this plan was quite a success till i messed it up. wat i did..i tried to eliminate my pm intake and tried to substitute it with alcohol.since this morning i am going thru lot of hell because of this.can any body advise me that how can i go back to my last tapering?

Hi jr and welcome. This is a really old post from 2008. Start a new thread (ask a question ) and tell us what you were taking, how much and for how long. Also how many days clean if any. Hang in there!

Just trying to get some help with these pps. I am sick as hell and tired of not being able to function without. Plus if I had half the $$$!i spent I could retire.  Nothing has had me physically like this. I started because they just made me feel good, like a lot of you . Now it's just to try to feel normal...help

Agree...get back on track...alcohol/hangovers are a big trigger for me to use.....I have to avoid it for now...keep posting and be sure to take all your vitamins today

Just pick up where you left off. Space pills apart. Don't skip the evening dose and don't drink. It is too easy to switch from one vice to another.
