This is day two from an oxy free life.  I still feel very crappy.  Last night was pretty ruff.  I got no sleep and had the cold sweets all night.  Im currently using the amino acid protocol.  My question is when will it get better.  When can I start to feel better????

Day 5 was a big turning point for me from oxys..Day 4 was even much better than Days 1-3..For me it was more mental than physical though..Today is Day 31 I believe and I feel so good, please hang in there and allow yourself to live the rest of your life free from pills.

How long were you using and how much? It sounds like you're doing all the right things. You should feel better in 2-3 days. Ususally day 5 is when people see a difference.

Something else you can do is exercise. I know you feel like **** but it really helps. It will help get your natural endorphins going.

Sleeping regularly and getting your energy back may take some time. You doing great though. So stick with it. I felt like I was my normal self by day 25.

It gets better, just hang in there.
