i want know what i can do about withdraws from takin vicodine?

the lat dr apt i told them how the other stuff wasnt working so he put me back on perc 10, i can finally tell that i have taken somthing it is on the low end im trying not to take more than what is allowed but i know what i can get away with on these i have taken up to 12 in a day. im tring not to count like that so im going by what the bottle says most of the time 1 to 2 every 4 to 6 hours, of course im doing the 2 every 4 hrs sometimes more sometimes less. it still isnt the same as it was before i know it is because im looking for something im not going to get right now because i am really in pain from the shoulder surgery.and another thing this has not happened to me yet i dont know about anybody else but i have been constipated for so long from these pills i look forward to the day when i dont feel like i am trying to give birth out my ***(;

hi keep reading the forum you will pick up ideas from other poster there are also health pages at the bottom right of this page that list stuff the thomas recipe is there and is good other then that hot baths will help most symptoms a case od gatoraid to force fluids and a box of Imodium to help with the runs.......I tell every body new.....''you just got to be ok without being ok for a wile'' keep posting for support btw how many a day are you taking????.....................Gnarly
