Wish I could add some magical words that would help but again I fail at one other thing in life :-)
If you can force walks in then hot baths, that will help with the muscles
At a week, you're in the thick of it, but it will get better soon, I promise. Just hang in there, and have faith in the process.
Withdrawals suk, we've all been there, and there is no way around them; you just have to grit your teeth and get through it.
All the suggestions here are good ones. Remember, when you going through hell.l, the most important thing is to KEEP GOING!

There is nothing fun about withdrawal..... but know it does go away in time... just hang in there... give yourself everything you feel you need... except drugs..... eat what you feel like, drink as much as you can, and what helped me was knowing that I felt like crap because the drugs were leaving my system and that meant I was getting better...evne though I felt worse..... good luck.... we are all pulling for you!
I'm on day 16 and all my symptoms of withdrawal are gone except for rls at night and a little fatugie! Just try to ride it out!! You will be so much happier when this drug is out of you're system! Gatorade and music and support is what goit me through this! Best wishes to you!!
Hi- Fioricet withdrawal is just a bear. Everything you're experiencing is normal and should diminish gradually after a week. Are you able to sleep?
Here are some suggestions: Be sure you're eating well; not just snack stuff. Fluids all day long; green tea, water; Gatorade. Try Excedrin for the headaches or some Tylenol and a cup of coffee. You're withdrawing from the caffeine, too, so it helps to replace that. Sip ginger ale or coke for your tummy or peppermint tea works great. Try to keep your environment quiet and calm. Nerves are really shot after using this drug for so long so you need to give your system time to heal. Be patient.
i just posted much the same mate. I can't answer your question, but I'm with you.
