Rough rough rough time

6th day clean from 10-14 loritabs a day. I havent been taking any imodium or any tylenol like last time i tried to quit and the withdrawls are 10x as worse it feels like. Should I be popping the imodium and tylenol until im past the harsh part or what? I figured all pain killers no matter what out of system at once but its shaping up to be a rough day today the mornings i feel like i want to rip out my stomach just to take away the anxiety of eating and then 2 secs later going to the bathroom. Please help im about to pull my hair out!!!!!

thanx for the support guys. I think i will get back on some imodium its very depressing that i cant eat because Im a amateur bodybuilder and ive lost about 8 pds in the last 6 days so im gonna go easy on the post workout suppliment im taking it has all the aminos that are suggested but also has creatine which isnt helping me right now since i cant keep food in my stomach and is just dehydrating me more. Sorry if im a lil selfish I havent posted on others questions and comments but all are appreciated with helping me im just in a lot of pain with these WDs and hopefully I can get back on my regular eating schedule so im not just spinning my wheels at the gym and doing more harm then good without the proper nutrition.

I am on day 6 as well and have been abusing opiates for awhile now in high dosages. I hate to say it but I have been overdoing the immodium so much more than the indications suggest and that has worked for me not one time diahreah this go around or the last. DId have a rough few days of vomiting but that is all the bathroom has held over my head and hot baths. Hang in there and lets keep it going to day 7. Mike

Its a rough ride and hopefully you peaked. super hot baths helped me too. try to preoccupy you normal routine by changing it some. the old habits are calling otherwise. what you're feeling is normal; its hell but you'll get through it. Keep posting and reading here, lots of awesome people to help get you through the rough ride. I was fortunate to find this place.

Just try to calm down some. I've done the same thing, from  the same type of habit, that you are doing. I'm on day 14, and well remember the 6th day. I would venture to say that you a peaking right now, and things should start getting better from here for you. The tylenol and imodium are probably not a bad idea. Try to eat well, get a heating pad or electric blanket, and just try to stay buckled down. You are almost there. Hang tough, and remember this when you get to feeling better. I wish you every bit of luck and resolve. Look forward to day 7.
