Am I proud of 48 hours?  Yes!  Is it he!!?  Yes!  Glad I cut my sources!  Am just cranky and tired and really cranky!  Lol. Going to have to duct tape the big girl panties on cuz they are trying to slip down!  I am hanging in! Not kicking butt cuz no energy to do that!  Lol. I played the game so have to pay the price!  My pappy used to tell me that you only hit bottom when you quit digging!  Good thing I am too tired to dig!

Laughter is most definitely the best medicine.  It used to be the only medicine I ever needed.  Whenever I feel down I like to watch Duck Dynasty.  There is just something about the wholesomeness of the show that my body and mind crave for.  Plus,  it's pretty dang funny!  Maybe worth a shot to see if it'll help.  If all else fails it will get you through another hour.

Get a bunch of TV dinners and tell them to do there own laundry..You are just to funny..This helps Sooooo much to try to be happy and not think of what is going on..At this time the mind can be the worse enemy. You are doing SO good.
