24 Hours Clean - Here we Go!

I was taking Vicodin, about 6x per day, not sure of the strength, but I know it was the lowest (believe 5mg each) on and off for about 4-5 months. I've finally made the choice to end this and get clean. I miss the feeling of just being happy, and not just being happy cause of the Vicodin High. I feel very clammy, uncomfortable, depressed and restless. I've gone through tramadol withdrawals and percocet; even vicodin for a few days.

How long will this last and what can I expect over the next week?

thanks. i just want this "feeling" to go away; worst feeling in the world...i hope i'm one of the lucky ones and i can get through it faster...

has anyone tried the Thomas Recipe? if so, does it work? I am going to drink detox tea tomorrow and hope that helps a little...

Congrats on day 1..you can do this....if you went ct you can probably expect 5-7 days...w/ 3 and 4 being the worst??? it is different for everyone...

Remeber to take HOT BATHS...they really help!

U should feel better each day...I do know the clammy feeling..yuck!  I was taking more than that every day for several years and I felt pretty good by day 4...hang in there and be sure u r following thee thomas recipe to keep your energy up...also,,,think about some aftercare this time/NA or AA...it helps
