I can't begin to think of the other types of medicine that's hell to stop, the ones I had taken is miserable.
Pray you leave these alone

The active ingredient in this drug is indeed "phenibut" or Beta-phenyl-gamma-aminobutyric acid.

It is legal in the U.S., although I don't think it should be.  It was developed in Russia in the late 1960's and actually used by Russian cosmonauts.  It's action is very similar to some muscle relaxants, but it has a slightly different chemical structure.

Do NOT take more than the recommended dose.   I feel very uncomfortable giving you any advice regarding withdrawals because there simply is not a lot of good info out there about how they will affect you.  Are you abusing them? How much are you taking in one sitting...in one day?

This isn't what you probably want to hear, but if I were you, I'd talk to my doctor about it.

Good luck..

Phenibut

Not phenobarbital

No they are mood enhancers and are supposed to help with insomnia. They have phenobarbital in it which can be addictive.
