Keep hanging in there! Always remember that it will get better! Just take it a day at a time or even a hour at a time. I always told myself not to let the last few days go to waste because one day I know I'd have to deal with it again. The amount of time dealing with withdrawals is so short. Such a small amount of time to get the rest of your life back! You will make it through this! Best of luck!

you will start to feel better around day 6, but yes, coming off coke is a process and it takes time to heal. as i told you day 11 was a big turning point for me because that was a five year record, lol. i think if your really serious about this, and i know you are you should post everyday for the first week, YOU CAN'T BREAK and with support and talking about it, you won't fail. that dosen't mean it's not tough, it's the toughest thing in your life you will ever have to do, but soon you will look back and be so proud of yourself and beating something like coke will give you more strength in your life than you ever had and i know you know that. lori, your doing great and your appoach to staying clean is different than last time, it's better. i know lately ive been on you a lot and tell you things that you don't want to hear, but i do it because i care and as you say, yes sometimes im a big MEANIE, lmao. keep going, this too shall pass
OK, now that the dance is done with the Congrats, the fog will lift and you are doing great! Hang in there!!!!
Whoo-hoo, I am dancing for you!!! LOL
Keep moving forward...day 3...getting close to freedom! and feeling so much better!
coming off of long term cocaine use will lead to lots of sleepy days. i think it is all the REM sleep we lost when using. if our sub concious never gets to hit rem because of the drugs, then when we are off them , it tends to want to stick in rem sleep for a minute. it can and does get better, you will find that after a week you will be sleeping less, and have more energy! keep focused on the end goal, you can do this, ya know im here for ya if ya need me. much love.......
Thank you both for your encouragment. it is so great to have people that truly understand what i am going thru.It means so much to me.
Good job on day 3.I know its hard, but keep ur chin up. Your doing great.Remember, with every day you make it your a day closer to the rest of your life. There are alot of people that care about you here and cant wait to see you win!!!
Good luck
Jen
