Congrats on 6 days!! Thats a great accomplishment. I feel you on the no sleeping. Im on day 8 and I didnt sleep a minute either last night. I tried taking nyquil and melatonin but nothing worked, oh well I guess its just part of the process. It will get better though for you! Congrats on 6 days! Tomorrow will be a week! Thats great.
way to go hook i am on day 15 now and feeling great keep up the good work sleep is right around the corner
