It does start to get better day by day - and you will notice also before long. Check out the amino acid tyrosine for energy boost - And breathing exercises are very good for you ..... deep breath with a slow ten count while you inhale - deeply - to what they call Bhudda belly - then exhale slowly with that same ten count all the way out ......breathe in - breathe out - move on ----- You can do this. Lots of folks here have done it and they are willing to help you out with advice and support............good luck to you also .......
I used my last suboxone the other day. I was on it for 6 or more months, and I felt It wasn't doing anything. Like I didnt need it. I feel much better than the other day but still jittery and sick feeling a little. My fiancee is 100% behind me and always makes me feel better.(sort of) I keep saying in my head "I can do this", take a deep breath, and go on with what Im doing. Still not 100% motivated like I usually am. One minute I say "hey, I dont feel that bad" and 5 minutes later Im like " I feel like ****". Just typing this to you is making me feel better. Like I said it's strange. I think I am feeling better and it sort of goes away. Please respond with something. I know if try to keep busy it kind of takes your mind off of things. I just hope it will be better tomorrow.
Pay particular attention to your food and nutrition. We use up more than we realize from our bodies during our using days. I would recommend the amino acid protocol and a good multi along with a b-complex at least. Check the right hand side of screen for "health discussions" or whatever the heading is ....both the Thomas Recipe and the Amino Acid Protocol are very good. Exercise is about the last thing we feel like doing, but it is probably the single most effective way to deal with withdrawal symptoms. More information would help - are you currently on sub or getting off? Or are you into something else? doesnt make a large difference, but it would help with some advice if you still need it......or just post with comments, questions, or observations --- Just dont stop quiting,,,,,,it can be done -- I am living proof of that!!!
R u quiting suboxone presently???
