Hi Jan - jumping off 15mg should not be that bad. While we cannot give advice on the clonidine dose, I can tell you from personal experience that I used clonidine from my doctor during withdrawal and I was amazed at how well it worked. It will definitely help with the jitters and symptoms of that nature. All the best to you.

Jan, above of two examples of your same question. The answer is not going to change. At 15 mgs, a small amount compared to most, you can jump off safely. We cannot tell you how much Clonidine to take..please see your doctor and follow his suggestion for that.
Good luck.
Hey there....I am no expert, but imo I would just C/T. If you are down to 15mgs, your wds should not be major. How long have you been using and how high was your dose if I can ask?
I was terrified the first time I came here. Had a yr + battle with OC's, snorting for rec use. After reading so many post about people already getting away from the crap, I jumped in. It was not near as bad as I imagined. Not saying it was fun but manageble. I went 8 days and was feeling good and slipped. 3 months later I am here again going on day 6 and I am over the worst. No I just gotta figure out how to stay clean.
Again just my opinion, but I think it's best to just do it, especially at that low a dose.
good luck and HTH
