I am getting bad withdrals and flu feelings when i wake up so i do not take anything to late morning i go to the gym and work out lightly it makes me feel a little better i take the pills two times a day thanks

Hi there-  You're doing great! You're right to drop by only a small amount, stay there to let time go by and continue going slowly. Don't rush the process and you should be fine. That's about all I can tell you at this point.
Are you having any withdrawal symptoms?

I am taking 4 a day of 10/325 hydrocodone for the the last five years i stoped last year for seven weeks then got a bad infection and went back on them i feel i can not go though withdrallls again thanks

Today i have taking 3 and a half 10/325 of hydrocodone from 4 a day the last time i did it i had bad withdralls i think i went to quick to get it over with so i am wondering if its best to go real slow thanks

What are u tapering off????   I can tell you my expierence did'nt involve tapering. But you may need to..I would suggest you talk to someone medically first......good luck!!! Take it day by day..

im on day 38 down from 8 norcos to 2/12. I couldn not do cold turkey. We are not allowed to give dose recommendatons here but the trick is with tapering you need ample supply which helps the drug leave your system slowly and most important you get use to the feeling of withdrawal. The slower the taper the better.
