I am glad you got some sleep finally. I know this may not be the answer you are looking for bud but I like what PorVida said. If you cannot sleep than you cannot sleep so try to relax and do something else to get your mind off of it. That is what I would do when I was up all night.
Hope it gets better for you.

Well I finally got about 3 hours. I would have maybe slept a bit longer if my hubby wasn't so loud at 4:30am getting around for work. I. Just couldn't fall back to sleep after that. I hope I can get a nap in today even if its just 15-20 minutes. Thanks for the support I can't wait for all this to pass.
Ah, Elusive Sandman where art thou? I know the feeling. The sleep will come. Just try to hold fast. I found, as PorVida mentioned above, that decoupling from your symptoms -- like lack of sleep-- was the best thing to do. Music helped, staying on this site helped, as did guided meditations on YouTube. Congrats on your taper. You can do this!
Hang in there. I found when I can't sleep I would just read or pray and not think about sleep. I would also try to think about the positives of quitting without dwelling on how I felt. This usually helped me relax and sleep
