Immodium helps with restless legs too. Google it to see about dosing as I'm not allowed to recommend it here. I think that benzos for sleep are a good idea. They won't make it worse. I've done it before. Just only use them when you NEED them. Being tired and not letting your body rest WILL make you feel worse. If you can't sleep, try to get something for anxiety *from a doctor*. A lot of people suggest clonidine.
I hope that you tapered. If you can cut back to dosing every other day, cutting back a bit each time, that will help. Subs are so potent that you can stretch them out so that you are taking a crumb a day - literally - and it will help. Good luck!
I do like this supportive site but the goody-goody crap is getting old. There is an ad beneath this post demonizing marijuana so that tells you what sort of site it is... I would suggest opiophile (another forum) for better advice. They are concerned with REALISTIC harm reduction and have an entire section on subs.
Hope u check back in. moty has given great advice. I am also curious if u tapered and if yes, what did u get down to? If u went ct, what were u on n for how long? Just need more info. Only thing I can add is try n get fresh air n exercise. I am on day 29 since last dose of sub. If I did it, u can too!
Good morning....if you r w/d from suboxone it probably isnt a great morning but keep this in your mind if you can...YOU WILL MAKE IT THROUGH THIS!!! The following is a list of the vitamins i used when i w/d off of subs as well:
L-Tyrosine
Gaba 750
Magnesium & potassium
Good brand multi vitamin
Epsom Salts (for long hot baths every day!!! As many x's as u want)
Gatorade & water...so u dont dehydrate!
Immodium AD...for the #3's if u know what i mean
Motrin 200 mg (i usually took 3 at a time)
High dose of vit C like emergen C
STAY AWAY FROM CAFFEINNE!!! The waves of anxiety, and rapid heart beat, sweating ( like panic attack feeling) is made way worse with caffeinne.

Do NOT try to take things for sleep, such as benzos, etc., as this will just make you feel worse. You just have to ride it out.
