I agree with every1 here and even if ur one of the lucky ones that make it out with ur life u could still have done some damge to ur body to where it can still kill u even after u quit the drugs. I cant do the things i onced loved to do (running, hiking, sports, etc etc) because i just flat out didnt listen and now i have to depend on inhalers to get me thru  my day and even after using them i still cant do the things i once loved to do. My airways $uck from putting that crap down them. Quit while u can and save u now.

Long term effects? A real nasty addiction for one. You will spend everything you have and more getting more is another. No friends, no girlfriend or wife, no house, no job, no life to speak of eventually. It will continue to get worse and worse until it completely destroys you.

You should stop now while you still  can. The longer you keep doing it the  harder it will be to stop.

Long term ? Addiction. Loss and Death.. Welcome to the forum Hank. Your sinus cavity can get really messed up to the point you deal with it the rest of your life. a whole thru your septum of your nose would lead to bleeds and continued infections. I understand the rush you are after but it is not worth your life.. Hope you stay around read ask questions. Take care.. lesa
