hey hun, it is really going to take the good part of a year to totally cleanse you body. it needs to heal, emotionally, mentally, physically, spiritually.your body has to begin to make the natural chemicals that were supressed during your drug use. it is always recommended to go for a complete physical after your detox is complete. you are very young and your body should heal absolutely fine. i hope and pray that you continue to take the steps required to live a clean and sober life.

Why not just tell the doctor the truth?  That will the doctor will know all the tests to run.

ok then no need to explain. you have healthcare through your job. so just call to a general practioner. tell them you need a physical. this will include a check of your blood pressure, they do a urine, will send you for bloodwork. thats it.
you are doing great. keep up the good work

You liver could use a good cleanse.  All that acetemetaphine (sp?)\Tylenol did a number on your liver.  Keep up the running.

congrats on your clean time!!!! awesome! i have no idea what the long term effects are but i am sure your overall health has taken a huge hit... your emotional health has too. i would start taking a multi vitamin daily and maybe do some sort of body cleanse and work out a lil bit. other then that go to a dr and be honest with him/her and get a physical and blood work done to see how your body is working at this point. sorry that i cant directly offer you an answer of the effects but im sure someone can give you a general idea on here... theses alot of folks here that have gone through it and are pretty dam smart! i always look stuff up on drugs.com or just google the long term effects and do some reading that might help too!  again congratulations on your clean time! did you go cold turkey or ween? whats your after care plan?
