I am on day 28 of cold turkey of hydros.  I was taking 10 mg, 6-10 a day.  (o.k., mostly 10!).  So you are on less then I was when I quit.
It felt like the flu, the super flu, for first 4 or 5 days.  I had planned on staying in bed for first week, but got a call on day 4 that my son needed to move back home.  So I actually HAD to function.
You can do it, just get thru each day.  Just be prepared to feel lousy, kinda go with it.  I was able to take xanax or klonopin to help sleep, but don't take it if it's a drug of choice.
If I had ONE piece of advice..... DO NOT GET DEHYDRATED.  I got really sick on day 6 or so, because I hadn't had anything to drink.  Took me a whole day to get feeling better.  Drink alot!

oxycodone is about 50% stronger on a mg to mg basis level than hydrocodone, so i would cut it in half and make it into four of them than two, it will make the wds stay at bay for a lttle longer..and then i would recommend either gojng to a clinic or urgent care adn being honest and they will give you soem emds to help the wd's and detox, which wont be too bad, your on a pretty low dose ofa  medium potency opioid, so you will experience about5 days at msot discomfort, trouble sleepingand soem restlessnes, but short term use of a benzo rid you of all of that and clonidine will get rid of  any temp. or blood pressure spikes, also the hot/cold sweats, goosbump flessh all those wd effects it will keep at bay, so i would highly recommend that along with going toNA meetings, and therapy to help while you detox and also eat and drink plenty, and execise it will give you a natural high and it will feel really really good, youre choosing to do the best thing you can do and you will feel truly amazing after its all done, it may suck for a few days only a little, but you can do it , stay strong and ahve faith, you willl love the way you feel off of opioids and done being a slave to astupid white pill-christos
