Hey how all yall doing ? I on day 4 trying to get off the pain pills and it been a bad day hands shaking bad been thinking about going to get a few oc and on the way over there i told myself no I not going to do that so I took my car and bank card left them over at my mom house had her bring me home so I put me sitting here with no way of get out so looks like I going to make it today any way  this some hard trying times and thaks for all the help from all of u

Well, how did you do today? Kind of worried because you haven't posted for awhile. Let us know...This site is a great place to be if you really want to deal with preventing a relapse. The weekend's coming up. But we'll be here.

Kyle is SOOOO right. You made a tough decision today, very proud. The addict in you is still scheming in you louder than ever. Soon your old self will take over. Make a plan for the weekend to be busy and don't leave any opportunities for scoring drugs open. Keep thinking of all the reasons you need to stop. Your doing GREAT!

What you did took a lot of guts. You are almost through the worst of the withdrawal, but this is when your head really gets desperate and starts talking to you non-stop. Same thing happened to me on day 3 - I was walking around thinking, "I'd kill for a pill". By doing what you did, you set a road block up; you need to do more of that - not sure how you get your pills, but you need to do whatever it takes to be sure that all avenues are closed to you, otherwise you will be tempted again, that's a promise.
You're doing great. Hang in there - it gets better and better each day. Read the posts on this site, and keep posting yourself.
