You are in the right place,  start reading others posts and keep posting yourself.  Go  to the lower right hand side of the forum and look at the Thomas Recipe and Amino Acid Protcol which will be helpful for both detoxing and getting your body and brain back in non-pill shape.  Having a detox plan will be helpful for the physical WDs.  The hardest part of the WDs should be over at day 3 or 4 for most.  You are honestly not on that high of a dose at 2-4 vics a day.  Good Luck and you can do this with suppprt from this forum it will be easier that you think.

You came to a great place. I am on day 10 off of a 4 a day Lortab habit. Day 4 was the worst. It is like the flu. I was hot then freezing cold. Sniffling and sneezing. I took motrin and two cold tablets to stop the sniffles. A week ago today was day 4 for me. It is amazing what a difference a week makes. Keep busy and it will be over soon.
