I wanna.stop I don't know what to do.I been taking 10 mg Norco for.like 8 years 3 to 4 @ a time.every 3 to four hrs I wanna stop do I.go.to a.doctor n ask.for.help??? Pls help

I didn't get RLS from a 500ish +/- 1-200 mgs per day of oxy.   Maybe the occasional spasm but to be honest that was more from the thrashing due to my guts feeling like they were dying (other complications plus the funky w/d stomach).  The symptoms definitely vary from person to person.  I never got flu symptoms either, just wrongly cold on a warm sunny day and climbing the walls wanting to get out of my skin with no sleep (surely everyone get's that last one at least? haha)  

Worrying about what will happen most definitely makes things worse, I had a friend who'd psych herself up so much about it she'd be a nervous wreck and just in a total state and it wouldn't even be ten o'clock on day 1.  Just take it as it comes and it is what it is, chasing pleasure does not come without suffering.

Hey guys, i never got rls in my sub detox. I never got any bathroom issues withdrawaling heroin or subs and never vomited. So of coarse no 2 detoxes are the same : )

What blows me away is some people don't have bathroom issues.  I just can't imagine that.  I spend most of my time in there lol.

I know right.  They sure sound awful and I have been through many, many withdrawals.  Yes do share it because it really doesn't happen to everyone so people can have that hope.
